KOL & Affiliate Specialist

About the role We are seeking a KOL & Affiliate Specialist to join PT Diamulia Internusa in a contract position based in South Tangerang, Banten . This role is critical to our brand management and marketing strategy, responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and affiliate partners. The successful candidate will drive brand awareness and revenue growth through strategic influencer partnerships and affiliate marketing initiatives, whilst ensuring alignment with our brand values and marketing objectives.

What you'll be doing Identify, evaluate, and recruit key opinion leaders and affiliate partners across relevant platforms and industries that align with brand values and target demographics Develop and nurture relationships with KOLs and affiliates through regular communication, performance reviews, and strategic collaboration planning

Create and manage KOL and affiliate marketing campaigns, including campaign briefs, deliverables, timelines and performance metrics Monitor and analyse campaign performance, tracking metrics such as reach, engagement, conversion rates and return on investment Negotiate terms and agreements with KOLs and affiliates, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships and compliance with company policies

Manage KOL and affiliate contracts, payments, and administrative documentation to ensure smooth operations Collaborate with internal marketing, creative and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign alignment Provide regular reporting and insights on KOL and affiliate performance to senior management and stakeholders

Stay informed of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing and affiliate management Identify opportunities for programme expansion and optimisation based on performance data and market analysis What we're looking for
