Key Account Officer (Mandarin Speaker)

We're Hiring : 1. Key Account Officer (Mandarin Speaker) Qualification: - Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Marketing Management or related field. - 1–3 years of experience in commercial, sales, or key account management. - Fluent in Mandarin is a must. - Customer-oriented mindset, Strong teamwork and coordination skills. Job Description: Manage and maintain relationships with assigned key customers.

Act as the primary contact for commercial matters (pricing, contracts, service issues). Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and handle inquiries or complaints effectively. Support preparation of commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities. Identify potential new clients and business opportunities within assigned sector. Support tender processes and commercial negotiations.

Maintain proper documentation of contracts, correspondence, and customer data & update CRM / database and ensure accuracy of customer information. MUST BE FLUENT IN MANDARIN Placement: Batam City, Riau Island Local and Domiciled in Batam (Will be Prioritized). Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
