Job Description: Manage and develop assigned customer accounts to achieve sales targets, business growth, and long-term partnership objectives. Build strong relationships with buyers and key stakeholders to secure product listings, promotional opportunities, and favorable commercial agreements.
Monitor sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities, address challenges, and improve account profitability. Prepare sales proposals, pricing strategies, and business reviews in alignment with company objectives and customer requirements. Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance to ensure smooth execution of promotions, product availability, and account support.
Negotiate trading terms and promotional plans to maximize product visibility and category performance within each account. Conduct regular store visits to review product placement, competitor activity, stock availability, and branding execution. Follow up on purchase orders, claims, and payment issues to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Support new product launches and expansion plans within existing and new accounts. Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any major).
1–3 years of experience in sales, key account, or channel sales. Deep understanding in Modern Trade (MT) account and trading term. Strong communication and negotiation skills with accounts (buyers) and stores.
