Key Responsibilities Account Management & Sales Plan Develop & execute Local Key Account (LKA), minimarket DC, local Pharma chain to drive sales growth and expand market share in Modern Trade.
Build and nurture strong relationships with minimarket DC and chain pharmacy local buyer. Negotiations for promotion, service level agreement, product listing and in store excellent execution. Ensure alignment of Local Key Account (LKA), minimarket DC, local pharma chain plans with overall company goals and priorities.
Monitor sales performance, trends analysist, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate internal resources to support Local Key Account (LKA) account, minimarket DC, local Pharma chain, resolve issues, and optimize customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Key Account Manager to develop strategic initiatives and align sales priorities. Market Analysis & Reporting Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify risks and opportunities.
Provide regular updates on Key Account (LKA) account, minimarket DC, local Pharma chain performance, forecasts, and plan recommendations to Key Account Manager and National Key Account Manager. Resolve escalated issues efficiently to maintain long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction. Continuously explore opportunities to deepen account engagement and drive mutual growth.
