Position : Head of Mining Engineering / Kepala Teknik Tambang (KTT) – Coal Mining
Kualifikasi: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, or a related field; 2. Possess a valid KTT / POU certification in accordance with Indonesian mining regulations; 3. Minimum 8 –10 years of experience in coal mining operations, including managerial level experience; 4. Strong understanding of mining engineering, mine planning, production operations, and HSE standards; 5. Experienced in leading mining operational teams and coordinating with cross functional departments; 6. Familiar with Indonesian mining regulations and compliance requirements; 7. Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills; 8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; 9. Willing to be placed at the mining site in Kalimantan with a roster system arrangement; Strategic Impact :; 1. Lead mining engineering strategies to improve operational efficiency and achieve production targets; 2. Ensure safe, compliant, and sustainable mining operations; 3. Drive continuous improvement across mine planning and production performance; 4. Support business growth through cross functional collaboration and operational excellence; 5. Strengthen team performance, productivity, and strategic decision making.
