Kepala Teknik Tambang memimpin perencanaan tambang, aspek keselamatan kerja, dan optimalisasi produksi guna mendorong keunggulan operasional serta praktik pertambangan berkelanjutan di dalam tim yang dinamis. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup memimpin dan mengawasi seluruh operasional penambangan di lokasi proyek sesuai dengan regulasi pertambangan yang berlaku dan prinsip Good Mining Practice, memastikan keselamatan operasional tambang, manajemen lingkungan, serta kepatuhan regulasi. Selain itu, posisi ini mensupervisi rencana penambangan, kegiatan produksi, kontraktor, dan tim teknis, berkoordinasi dengan manajemen, instansi pemerintah, dan inspektur tambang, serta memastikan keakuratan dokumentasi dan laporan operasional yang dipersyaratkan.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and oversee all mining operations at the project site in accordance with applicable mining regulations and Good Mining Practice principles; Ensure mining safety, operational safety, environmental management, and regulatory compliance at the site; Supervise mining plans, production activities, contractors, and technical teams to ensure safe and efficient operations; Coordinate with management, government authorities, mining inspectors, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders; Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of required operational, safety, and regulatory reports and documentation; Job Requirements:; 1.Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or another relevant mining-related discipline; 2. Relevant experience in mining operations and site management, preferably with previous KTT or senior mining management experience; 3.Hold the competency certification/qualification required for the applicable KTT classification and be eligible for KTT approval in accordance with Indonesian mining regulations; 4.Strong knowledge of mining operations, mining safety, Good Mining Practice, environmental requirements, and regulatory compliance; 5. Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills; 6. Willing to be assigned full-time at the mining site and travel or relocate according to project requirements.
