The Kepala Gudang (Warehouse Manager) in Banjarmasin is responsible for the end-to-end management of warehouse operations. This includes overseeing inbound and outbound logistics, storage, and delivery processes to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy. The role involves managing inventory control, maintaining warehouse assets, and ensuring that all team members adhere to SOPs. The manager is also responsible for monitoring KPIs, developing the team's potential, and evaluating the performance of third-party logistics (3PL) providers to maintain high standards of warehouse management.
