Supervise and coordinate daily workshop operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow Lead, guide, and motivate technicians to achieve productivity and quality targets Monitor repair/maintenance activities and ensure work is completed on time and in accordance with standardsEnsure compliance with safety procedures (HSE) and company policies at all times Conduct regular inspections on tools, equipment, and work results to maintain quality standards Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions to improve efficiencyManage scheduling, manpower allocation, and job assignments effectively Maintain proper documentation, reports, and inventory control of tools and spare parts Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and timely project completion
Kualifikasi: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, or related field; Minimum 5–7 years of experience in workshop operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role; Strong technical knowledge in machinery/automotive/workshop processes (adjust based on your industry); Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team; Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure; Familiar with safety standards and operational procedures; Strong organizational and communication skills; Willing to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
