Supervise and coordinate daily workshop operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow Lead, guide, and motivate technicians to achieve productivity and quality targets Monitor repair/maintenance activities and ensure work is completed on time and in accordance with standards

Ensure compliance with safety procedures (HSE) and company policies at all times Conduct regular inspections on tools, equipment, and work results to maintain quality standards Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency

Manage scheduling, manpower allocation, and job assignments effectively Maintain proper documentation, reports, and inventory control of tools and spare parts Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and timely project completion
