We are seeking a shop/workshop employee to handle customer service in a motorcycle spare parts retail and workshop environment. You will be responsible for greeting customers, providing product information, and coordinating with mechanics to ensure smooth vehicle service. This role requires a candidate who is honest, responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn. Previous experience in retail or automotive spare parts is highly preferred.
Tanggung jawab: Greet, serve, and provide friendly information regarding products or spare parts needed by customers; Connect customer needs with mechanics to ensure smooth vehicle service; Organize and tidy up product displays on store shelves; Ensure the cleanliness of the store and workshop area; Maintain the security of merchandise and work equipment.
Kualifikasi: Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Honest, responsible, disciplined, able to work in a team, and willing to learn; Experience in retail, spare parts shops, or motorcycle workshops is preferred; Basic knowledge of motorcycle spare parts is preferred.
