Job Description This position focuses on sourcing and acquiring properties based on real customer needs. You will follow a structured workflow to identify opportunities, communicate with property owners or agents, and support the process until a transaction is completed. This is a target-driven role where consistency, attention to detail, and strong follow-up skills are essential. Responsibilities Source and acquire properties that match customer requirements. Communicate with property owners/agents to gather information and negotiate prices and terms. Ensure property data is complete, accurate, and well-organized. Consistently manage and update the property pipeline. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales & Operations) to support deal closings. Ensure acquired properties are competitively priced according to market conditions. Achieve weekly and monthly targets, including: Number of properties acquired Quality and completeness of listings Competitive pricing Number of properties acquired
