The Junior Officer Facility Management is responsible for the maintenance and operation of company facilities. This includes preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery, electrical installations, and HVAC systems. The role ensures that utilities (electricity, water, fuel) are managed efficiently and that all facility systems—including plumbing, sanitation, and safety equipment like fire alarms and CCTV—are fully operational to support a safe working environment.
Tanggung jawab: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and electrical installations; Manage utility usage (electricity, water, fuel); Maintain HVAC, lift, and production machinery; Ensure plumbing and sanitation systems are functional; Maintain safety and security systems (fire alarm, CCTV, etc.); Prepare operational reports.
Kualifikasi: S1 Teknik Tenaga Listrik (Arus Kuat) or equivalent with experience; Minimum 2 years of experience in Mechanical Electrical (Plumbing is a plus); Maximum age 40 years; Domiciled in Jabodetabek.
