JOB DESCRIPTION : Be able to review and understand contract documents and technical documents Be able to connect with clients related with contracts’ technical and commercial requirements Providing clients with solutions that meet their needs Troubleshooting and resolving technical and contractual issues, ensuring the smooth operation of our services Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate the implementation of new solutions Conducting research and analysis to identify opportunities for product, services/process improvements Prepare and periodically submit project progress reports covering daily, weekly, and monthly intervals to superiors, detailing cost realisation, progress status, and reports on clients complaints or change requests REQUIREMENT : Min. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field Fresh graduate/ having 1-2 years of experience as an engineer or similar role in oil & gas industry Proficiency in designing, testing, and troubleshooting machining Advance in Ms Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
