All candidates must demonstrate the following traits as a baseline requirement: Proactive . The candidate must anticipate needs before being asked. They should be able to identify gaps, follow up on pending matters, and take action without waiting for direction. We need someone who moves things forward, not someone who waits for tasks to land on their desk. Good in Time Management. Business Development moves fast and deals with multiple stakeholders at once. The ideal candidate can prioritize competing deadlines, manage their own pipeline of activities, and consistently deliver on time without needing to be micromanaged.
Able to Multitask. This role involves managing several things at once — from tracking leads and preparing decks to coordinating with internal teams and following up with prospects. The right person can handle multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing quality or focus. High Initiative. We want a self-starter who goes beyond the job description. Someone who spots opportunities, suggests improvements, and takes ownership without waiting to be told. In Business Development, initiative is not a bonus — it is essential.
Good in Communication in English. Strong written and verbal communication in English is required. This person will be engaging with external partners, clients, and stakeholders, and must be able to represent the company professionally in all correspondence and conversations.
