PT. SIGMA GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI (SIGMATECH) mencari Junior Business Analyst untuk bergabung dalam tim di Tangerang Selatan. Peran ini dirancang bagi profesional muda yang ingin mengembangkan karier dalam analisis bisnis di sektor perbankan. Sebagai Junior Business Analyst, Anda akan menjadi jembatan antara pemangku kepentingan bisnis dan tim teknis. Anda bertanggung jawab untuk menerjemahkan kebutuhan bisnis yang kompleks menjadi solusi yang dapat diimplementasikan, mendukung inisiatif transformasi digital klien, serta memastikan keberhasilan penyampaian proyek melalui dokumentasi yang akurat dan koordinasi yang efektif.
Tanggung jawab: Gather and document business requirements from banking clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity and completeness; Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand process workflows, pain points and opportunities for improvement; Create and maintain business requirement documents, use case diagrams and process flow documentation; Analyse current banking systems and processes to identify gaps and recommend solutions; Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical implementations align with business objectives; Support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities and coordinate feedback from business users; Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for stakeholder communication; Participate in project meetings and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives; Support project managers in tracking requirements and managing scope throughout project lifecycles.
Tanggung jawab
