ERP Implementation & Support • Assist in the analysis, design, and implementation of Odoo ERP modules (e.g., Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR). • Gather and document business requirements from end-users and stakeholders. • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the development team. • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and document test results. Business Process Analysis • Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement using Odoo capabilities. • Prepare process flow diagrams, use-case documentation, and functional specifications. • Participate in gap analysis between standard Odoo features and business needs. Training & User Support • Assist in developing user training materials and conducting end-user training sessions. • Provide day-to-day Odoo support and troubleshooting for internal users. • Document and escalate issues to the technical team when necessary. Reporting & Documentation • Maintain up-to-date project documentation, SOPs, and user manuals. • Assist in preparing progress reports for project stakeholders. • Support data migration activities and validation during system rollout.
