Junior Accountant (Cashier, AR/AP Assistant)

We are a fast-growing cosmetics brand management company operating across multiple channels: online e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop), B2B distribution , and marketing & brand promotion . We’re looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant (Cashier cum AR/AP Assistant) who will handles cashiering and daily payments/receipts, AR/AP support, line-by-line reconciliation of each platform's settlement details, invoice / e-Faktur handling and document filing. A high-volume, detail-intensive execution role.

Cashiering: petty cash, payment execution, receipt logging. AR/AP support; review and entry of expense claims. Line-by-line checking of each platform's (Shopee, TikTok) settlement details.

Invoice and e-Faktur handling; document filing and voucher management. Once B2B channels (Watson, Guardian) launch, assist with AR follow-up. Diploma/Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; 1–2 years' experience (strong fresh graduates welcome).

Detail-oriented and responsible; proficient in Excel. Basic accounting/tax concepts. Language: Bahasa Indonesia required.
