Tanggung jawab: Inspect jewelry for defects, damage, scratches, discoloration, loose stones, and finishing issues; Check clasps, settings, chains, closures, and other components for proper function and quality; Verify that the jewelry matches the correct design, specifications, size, and quantity; Check pieces for cleanliness, proper polishing, and overall presentation; Identify and document any defects or inconsistencies; Separate pieces that need repair, cleaning, or rework; Conduct a final inspection before items are packed or shipped; Maintain accurate QC records and report recurring quality issues; Coordinate with the production/operations team to resolve quality concerns; Requirements:.
Kualifikasi: Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills; Experience inspecting jewelry or other small/high-value products is a plus; Able to identify small defects and inconsistencies; Reliable, careful, and consistent in following quality standards; Comfortable working with spreadsheets, photos, and inventory records; Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions; Previous jewelry experience is preferred but not required if the candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail; Ideal Candidate:; Someone who is meticulous, reliable, and proactive—not someone who needs to be constantly reminded to check things. The ideal person takes ownership of the QC process and flags issues before they become problems.
