Posisi Japanese Teacher bertanggung jawab dalam memberikan pengajaran bahasa Jepang yang interaktif serta membimbing siswa untuk memahami budaya dan etika profesional di negeri sakura. Tugas utama meliputi pengajaran tata bahasa, kosakata, kanji, dan keterampilan percakapan (kaiwa) untuk berbagai tingkat kemahiran. Anda juga bertanggung jawab membuat rencana pembelajaran (lesson plans), menyiapkan dokumen SAP untuk periode 6 bulan ke depan, menggunakan buku teks standar seperti Irodori atau Minna no Nihongo, mengevaluasi performa siswa melalui tes berkala, melacak kemajuan belajar, serta membagikan wawasan mendalam mengenai budaya, etika kerja, dan profesionalisme di Jepang.

Kualifikasi: Minimum Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N3 certification; Minimum Diploma/Bachelor in Japanese education, Japanese literature, or related field; At least 1 years of teaching experience, depending on whether the role is for local language training centers, schools, or online platforms; Deep understanding of Japanese language and culture; Patient, enthusiastic, and dedicated approach to teaching.
