About the role We are seeking a dedicated Japanese Interpreter Staff to join our dynamic team at PT Rinnai Indonesia. This full-time role will be based in Kabupaten Tangerang Banten . As a Japanese Interpreter Staff , you will play a vital role in facilitating effective communication between our company and our Japanese partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and understanding. What you'll be doing

Provide accurate and timely interpretation services during meetings, conferences, and other business interactions with Japanese stakeholders. Translate written documents, emails, and other communications between Japanese and Bahasa Indonesia. Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for Japanese audiences.

Act as a cultural bridge, helping to navigate differences in language, customs, and business practices. Provide support in the coordination of events, delegations, and other activities involving Japanese partners. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

What we're looking for Fluency in Japanese, Bahasa Indonesia, and English with exceptional interpretation and translation skills. Minimum of 2 years ' experience as a professional Japanese interpreter or translator.

Strong command of business and technical terminology in both languages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
