About The Company: The working venue is in Bekasi . Our client is an Japanese Education Company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Instructor N3.

Job Responsibilities: Teach Japanese language from basic to intermediate level (Hiragana, Katakana, basic Kanji, grammar, conversation), aligned with Ginou Jisshuu pre-departure language requirements Develop and deliver curriculum focused on Room Attendant terminology and situational conversation

Teach Japanese workplace culture and etiquette relevant to hotel service: discipline, punctuality, teamwork, omotenashi, and Keigo basic Conduct mock interviews to prepare candidates for interviews with Japanese hotel employers Coordinate with other instructors to align training with practical housekeeping skill training

Assess student progress through regular tests and evaluation Prepare student progress reports and departure-readiness recommendations for management Manage class schedules, attendance, and training materials

Other responsibilities as needed Job Requirements: Min. Diploma (D3) in Hospitality or a related field
