Itinerary Staff

The Itinerary Staff is responsible for preparing, updating, and coordinating travel itineraries to ensure smooth and accurate travel arrangements for clients. This role works closely with the reservations, operations, sales, and supplier teams to deliver high-quality travel experiences. Prepare detailed travel itineraries based on confirmed bookings and client requirements. Coordinate with hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, and other suppliers to ensure all services are accurately arranged.

Review and verify booking details, including travel dates, guest information, flight schedules, and special requests. Update itineraries promptly when there are changes or revisions. Issue final travel documents, vouchers, and itinerary packages to clients or agents.

Communicate with internal teams to ensure all operational requirements are fulfilled. Monitor upcoming arrivals and departures to ensure smooth travel operations. Maintain accurate records of bookings, confirmations, and client communications.

Resolve itinerary discrepancies and handle urgent changes when necessary. Time management Problem-solving skills
