Job Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Familiar with production systems in a manufacturing environment (electronics manufacturing preferred). Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to respond quickly in operational-critical situations. Proficient in SQL queries, C#, PHP, and .NET development environments. Experience in providing IT support for daily operational issues. Experience or exposure to IT Infrastructure (servers, networks, system integration) is an advantage. Fluent in English. Willing to be placed in Cikande, Serang. Job Responsibilities: Manage and support daily operations of production systems, ensuring system stability and availability. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system issues in a timely manner; escalate or upgrade issues when required. Provide daily IT support to end users, including hardware, software, and system-related issues.
