IT System Development Staff bertanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan, menguji, dan memelihara platform perusahaan LISA serta modul-modul terkait menggunakan teknologi Laravel, Filament, dan Livewire. Peran ini juga mencakup pengelolaan backend REST API untuk integrasi sistem operasional seperti IT Help Desk, ITAM, dan UMGO/EPOD. Selain pengembangan perangkat lunak, staf ini bertugas mengelola konfigurasi workstation, memantau tampilan video wall di TMC, menangani eskalasi teknis tingkat dua (L2 Support) untuk perangkat operasional, serta mengelola siklus hidup aset IT. Posisi ini juga melibatkan dukungan dalam pengadaan perangkat keras/lunak dan penerapan AI coding tools untuk mempercepat proses pengembangan dengan tetap menjaga keamanan data.
Tanggung jawab: Develop, test, and maintain the LISA enterprise platform/modules (Laravel, Filament, Livewire, MySQL); Maintain and develop the backend REST API for operational system integration (IT Help Desk, ITAM, UMGO/EPOD); Manage the configuration of workstations, browsers, and the video wall display monitoring in the TMC (Transport Management Center) control room; Handle second-level technical escalations (L2 Support) for operational site edge devices (Android Handheld Terminals, Zebra ZPL Barcode Printers); Assist in preparing technical specifications (BOQ/RFQ), evaluating vendor quotations, and monitoring the PR/PO status of IT hardware/software procurement; Manage the IT asset lifecycle inventory (Hardware, Accounts, Servers, Licenses) and ensure compliance with corporate data security standards; Basic understanding of Prompt Engineering and experience using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate software development, debugging, and technical documentation while ensuring data security and preventing sens.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in System Information, IT, or related field; Minimum 2-3 years experience in System Development; Strong knowledge of using PHP 8.2+, framework laravel 11+, Filament PHP / Livewire, and database MySQL/MariaDB; Memahami troubleshooting hardware operasional; Memahami dasar jaringan; Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Experience in multinational logistics, transport, or supply chain industry and Japanese company is preferred.
