Rasa Group di PIK 2 membuka kesempatan bagi IT System Developer (AI & Automation) yang berpengalaman dan inovatif untuk mendorong transformasi digital perusahaan melalui implementasi kecerdasan buatan, integrasi sistem, dan otomatisasi proses bisnis. Peran ini berfokus pada identifikasi peluang peningkatan proses bisnis, pengembangan solusi praktis berbasis AI, integrasi aplikasi yang ada, serta peningkatan efisiensi operasional di seluruh departemen. Anda akan bertanggung jawab secara mandiri dalam merancang, mengembangkan, menguji, dan menerapkan solusi berbasis AI seperti chatbot internal, sistem pencarian dokumen menggunakan RAG, alat pelaporan otomatis, serta pengelolaan alur kerja perusahaan. Selain itu, Anda juga akan menangani manajemen data, keamanan sistem, penyusunan dokumentasi teknis, serta pengelolaan proyek dengan pendekatan kolaboratif untuk mencapai target efisiensi operasional yang terukur.
Tanggung jawab: Business Process Analysis: Analyze and map business processes across departments to identify opportunities for AI implementation, system development, and workflow automation; AI Solution Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions, including internal chatbots, document search systems using RAG, automated reporting, and forecasting tools; System Integration & Automation: Integrate AI solutions with existing company systems, including ERP, databases, Excel, email, and other business applications using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms; Data Management & Security: Develop data processing and integration workflows while ensuring data quality, system reliability, information security, and responsible AI usage; AI Implementation & User Adoption: Develop AI usage guidelines, SOPs, and internal policies, while providing training and support to employees to improve AI literacy and adoption; Project Management: Manage AI development and implementation projects, including planning, testing, deployment, documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors; Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor implementation results through measurable KPIs, including time and cost savings, process efficiency, and solution accuracy, and report progress to management.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, system engineering, AI/ML development, data engineering, or related fields; Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries, such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; Hands-on experience with LLM integration through APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure AI), prompt engineering, and AI-powered application development; Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or other relevant fields; Good understanding of data engineering, including SQL, ETL processes, data cleaning, and integration from multiple sources; Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, RPA, and workflow automation tools such as n8n or Power Automate; Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Docker, Git, data security, and AI governance; Understanding of Agile/Scrum project management, business process analysis, and solution development based on business requirements; Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to work across departments and present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders; Able to work independently, manage project priorities, prepare technical documentation, and deliver solutions within established timelines; Experience implementing AI solutions and process automation in a corporate environment; Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and reporting; Experience developing RAG-based applications, internal AI assistants, and enterprise workflow automation; Familiarity with AI platforms and tools such as ChatGPT, OpenAI API, and Gemini; Experience calculating business cases, evaluating project ROI, and measuring operational efficiency improvements.
