About the role We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at PT Yonming Indonesia (YonMing Group). In this full-time position based in North Jakarta, Jakarta, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and troubleshooting to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure. What you'll be doing IT support to problems resolving and work closely on further IT development. Provide full range of information technology support activities for YonMing Indonesia, such as desktop hardware and applications support, network administration, office network security and protection. Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network-related issues Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, and implement appropriate solutions Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT policies and procedures Provide training and guidance to end-users on the effective use of IT systems and applications Maintain accurate documentation and records of all support activities Participate in the continuous improvement of IT processes and services Provide support and training for ERP system and in-house application (Training will be provided) Provide support and training for Commercial Vehicle Diagnostic System (Training will be provided) What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support
