Kami mencari IT Support (Field Technician) yang proaktif untuk bergabung dengan tim kami di Menara Sun Life, Jakarta Selatan. Peran ini berfokus pada pekerjaan lapangan, termasuk instalasi fisik jaringan, penarikan kabel, serta pemeliharaan infrastruktur IT di lingkungan gedung perkantoran. Anda akan bertanggung jawab menangani masalah IT harian, melakukan troubleshooting perangkat keras dan lunak, serta memastikan konektivitas jaringan (CCTV, internet, LAN) berjalan lancar. Posisi ini membutuhkan individu yang terampil secara teknis, mampu bekerja dengan kabel, serta memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik untuk berkoordinasi dengan vendor maupun tim internal.
Tanggung jawab: Perform installation and maintenance of network infrastructure including pulling and organizing cables (CCTV, internet, LAN, etc.); Support day-to-day IT operations across the building, including setting up workstations, printers, and network connections; Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and escalate when necessary; Assist in maintaining documentation for IT infrastructure; Coordinate with vendors or internal teams for IT equipment installation or servicing; Ensure proper cable management and follow safety standards during installations.
Kualifikasi: High school diploma or equivalent; IT-related vocational training or certification is a plus; Previous experience in IT support or field technician roles preferred; Able to pull and install network and CCTV cables (indoor and outdoor environments); Basic understanding of networking (IP addressing, routers, switches); Familiarity with CCTV systems is a plus; Good communication and problem-solving skills; Willing to work flexible hours if needed.
