BaliSuperHost mencari IT Support yang proaktif dan berorientasi pada pelayanan untuk bergabung dengan tim kami di Bali. Peran ini sangat krusial dalam memastikan seluruh infrastruktur teknologi perusahaan berjalan dengan lancar dan efisien di balik layar. Anda akan bertanggung jawab memberikan dukungan teknis harian bagi staf kantor, melakukan instalasi dan pemeliharaan perangkat keras maupun lunak, serta menangani masalah jaringan. Selain itu, Anda juga akan membantu tamu terkait masalah teknologi dan memastikan keamanan sistem melalui pembaruan rutin.
Tanggung jawab: Provide day-to-day IT support for office staff and operations; Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, hardware, software, printers, and other IT equipment; Ensure hardware and software are regularly updated with the latest security patches; Troubleshoot network, internet, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues; Assist team members with technical issues; Support guest technology-related issues; Maintain IT equipment inventory and conduct regular audits.
Kualifikasi: Proven experience in IT Support, preferably in hospitality, property management, or the service industry; Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and basic system administration; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
