PT Communication Cable Systems Indonesia Tbk. (CCSI) adalah pemimpin dalam industri produsen kabel serat optik di Indonesia, dikenal sebagai produsen kabel serat optik premium berkualitas tinggi. CCSI memiliki kemampuan memproduksi berbagai kabel serat optik dalam dan luar ruangan, serta satu-satunya produsen kabel serat optik di Indonesia yang mampu memproduksi kabel bawah laut. Pabrik berlokasi di Kawasan Industri Krakatau, Cilegon, Banten, dengan kapasitas produksi 1.600.000 km serat optik per tahun, sementara Kantor Penjualan & Pemasaran di Jakarta. Selain kabel serat optik, CCSI juga menawarkan aksesori kabel optik lengkap, HDPE subducts, Microducts, dan sejak 2014 memproduksi pipa HDPE serta Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipes untuk industri minyak & gas. Posisi IT Support bertanggung jawab atas instalasi, konfigurasi, pemeliharaan sistem komputer dan jaringan, serta dukungan teknis di seluruh perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners; Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks; Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests; Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone); Setting up accounts for new users; Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary; Testing new technology; Performing configuration, implementation, integration and maintain all network security platforms and any other related software, such as Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention System, Anti-SPAM, Web Proxy, Load Balancing, Setup VPN, Network Monitoring Syst; Plan and appraise ongoing assessment of firewall policy, VPN, SSL, intrusion prevention, web filtering, and other network component policies.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field; Strong attention to detail, documentation, communication skills and follow-through; Ability to work off-hours as needed for IT projects; Ability to keep up to date with the latest tech innovations; Ability to work effectively under pressure; Knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware and software; Excellent verbal communication skills.
