The IT Security and Governance Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining robust security policies and managing the company's security infrastructure. This role involves monitoring risks and incidents, ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO 27001 and COBIT, and supporting business projects with security expertise. You will be tasked with configuring security tools like firewalls and endpoint protection, conducting risk assessments, and delivering security awareness training to staff. The position requires a strategic mindset and strong leadership to manage vulnerability remediation and coordinate responses to security incidents effectively.
Tanggung jawab: Develop, implement, and maintain security policies & standards (ISO 27001, COBIT); Configure and manage security infrastructure (firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection); Conduct risk assessments and define mitigation roadmaps; Monitor systems, review vulnerabilities, track remediation & ensure SLA compliance; Coordinate response to security incidents, ensure escalation protocols, document lessons learned; Develop and deliver security awareness programs & training; Provide security input on new business projects.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field; 5+ years of experience in IT Security, with strong governance & risk management background; Certifications preferred: CEH, ISO 27001 LI; Strong knowledge of risk management, network & cloud security, and security architecture; Familiarity with security tools, vulnerability management & incident response; Strong skills in strategic thinking, leadership, communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution; Willing to be placed in Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang.
