Posisi IT Quality Assurance dibutuhkan untuk melayani klien dari industri sekuritas dan jasa keuangan dengan lokasi kerja di kawasan SCBD, Jakarta. Peran ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam memastikan kualitas, stabilitas, dan keandalan sistem perangkat lunak yang dikembangkan agar bebas dari kecacatan sebelum dirilis ke pengguna. Anda akan terlibat langsung dalam menganalisis kebutuhan sistem, merancang skenario dan kasus uji, mengeksekusi berbagai jenis pengujian (SIT, UAT, regression, API testing), serta berkoordinasi erat dengan pengembang, business analyst, dan product owner untuk melacak serta menyelesaikan setiap temuan kendala teknis (defect).
Tanggung jawab: Analyze requirements, user stories, BRD/FSD, and technical documents for testingpurposes; Prepare test scenarios, test cases, test data, and test evidence; Execute SIT, regression testing, smoke/sanity testing, API testing, and support UAT; Log, monitor, retest, and ensure defects are properly resolved; Support release preparation, QA sign-off, and post-release validation; Coordinate with BA, Developers, PO/PM, QA Engineers, and Business Users.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 1 years of experience as a QA Analyst; Preferably from securities, banking, fintech, investment, or financial services industries; Good understanding of SDLC/STLC, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defectmanagement; Able to create test scenarios and test cases based on business and technicalrequirements; Experienced with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Qase/TestRail, Postman, or similartools; Basic understanding of API testing and system integration flow; Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills; Knowledge of Stock trading or investment products is a plus; Knowledge of the US Stock market is a plus; Can join immediately.
