Key Responsibilities: Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and network systems Install, configure, and update software and applicationsInstall, maintain network performance and resolve connectivity issues including CCTV and internet connectivity Provide technical support to employees (helpdesk support) Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissionsEnsure data backup, security, and protection against cyber threats Assist in IT inventory management and procurement Support IT projects and system upgradesDocument IT procedures and maintain system manuals
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Experience in IT support, network administration, or system maintenance; Knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting; Familiarity with Windows, Linux, or macOS systems; Good problem-solving and analytical skills; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Willing to be placed in Grobogan, Central Java.
