Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk menjaga stabilitas, keamanan, dan performa infrastruktur teknologi perusahaan, baik di lingkungan on-premises maupun cloud. Peran ini menuntut pemahaman mendalam mengenai administrasi server Linux serta kemampuan otomasi untuk mendukung tim pengembang. Anda akan terlibat dalam manajemen siklus hidup server, mulai dari patching hingga mitigasi insiden. Selain itu, Anda akan berperan aktif dalam mendukung tim pengembang melalui konfigurasi lingkungan, troubleshooting, dan memastikan seluruh tumpukan teknologi (OS, jaringan, kontainer, aplikasi) berjalan dengan optimal.
Tanggung jawab: Manage and maintain Linux servers and Windows Server environments when required, across on-premises and cloud infrastructure; Perform server patching, basic security hardening, and resource capacity management to ensure system stability, security, and performance; Monitor infrastructure and applications, configure alerts, and proactively identify potential issues; Handle incidents from initial detection and mitigation through root cause analysis (RCA) and resolution; Support the development team with deployment activities, environment configuration, and troubleshooting across the technology stack, including operating systems, networks, containers, and applications.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field; Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a DevOps Engineer, System Administrator, or Infrastructure Engineer; Strong knowledge of Linux server administration, including processes, services, permissions, storage, basic networking, and log analysis; Hands-on experience with Docker, including image building, Docker Compose, and container troubleshooting; Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as Proxmox, VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalent technologies, and/or cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure; Experience with both virtualization and cloud technologies will be considered an advantage; Ability to write scripts for automation using Bash, PowerShell, or Python; Knowledge of multiple scripting languages is an advantage.
