The IT Network role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure network architecture based on industry best practices. This position involves monitoring system and infrastructure deployment, managing IT infrastructure budgets, and providing both managed and in-house support. The role also includes optimizing infrastructure for cost and operational efficiency, defining and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLA), and conducting annual audits of hardware, applications, and service providers to ensure contractual compliance and accurate record-keeping.
Tanggung jawab: Design and implement secure network architecture according to the best practice; Monitoring of systems and infrastructure deployment operation; Help prepare and manage IT infrastructure budget; Install, configure, and support IT infrastructure; Monitoring and testing of the backup and restore process; Providing managed and in-house infrastructure support & services; Optimization of IT infrastructure for cost and operational efficiency; Define SLA for IT infrastructure and monitoring their compliance; Conduct an annual audit of applications in use, hardware deployed and service providers to ensure accuracy of records and that contractual obligations are being met; Perform any other assignment given by superior.
