IT Infrastructure Network Specialist

Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure across the site. Deploy and support communication towers, wireless bridges, access points, and Starlink satellite internet systems. Monitor network performance, bandwidth utilization, and connectivity.

Troubleshoot network outages and communication failures. Coordinate with internet service providers and equipment vendors when necessary. Provide daily IT support to employees and departments.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices. Set up user accounts, email accounts, and network access permissions. Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.

Maintain records of support requests and resolutions. Configure network-connected devices and ensure proper operation.

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance. Coordinate repairs and warranty services with suppliers when required. Maintain accurate records of all IT equipment and software assets.
