Peran ini bertanggung jawab untuk memimpin dan mengelola operasional infrastruktur TI serta jaringan perusahaan. Fokus utama posisi ini adalah memastikan ketersediaan, keandalan, dan keamanan sistem jaringan dan infrastruktur TI secara keseluruhan. Tanggung jawab mencakup pengelolaan infrastruktur jaringan seperti LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, router, switch, dan firewall. Selain itu, posisi ini berperan dalam memantau, melakukan troubleshooting, serta menyelesaikan masalah teknis terkait infrastruktur, sekaligus mendukung proyek peningkatan sistem dan berkoordinasi dengan vendor maupun penyedia layanan TI eksternal.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and manage the company’s IT infrastructure and network operations; Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of IT infrastructure and network systems; Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls; Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IT infrastructure and network-related issues; Support infrastructure improvements, system upgrades, and IT projects; Coordinate with internal users, vendors, and external IT service providers.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields; Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Engineering, or IT Operations; Strong hands-on experience in managing network infrastructure; Familiarity with LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls; Good understanding of servers, cybersecurity, backup, and IT infrastructure management; Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MikroTik, Fortinet, or equivalent will be an advantage; Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
