The IT Data Center Staff is responsible for maintaining the integrity and performance of the company's server and database infrastructure. This role ensures that business operations run smoothly through proactive maintenance and technical oversight. The position involves performing routine server maintenance, managing database optimization, and executing regular data backups and recovery procedures. Additionally, the staff member will monitor and control data migration processes during system or application changes to minimize errors and ensure high data quality.

Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Basic knowledge of server maintenance, database management, backup, and recovery; Understanding of data migration and data optimization processes; Detail-oriented and analytical mindset; Ability to troubleshoot technical issues; Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
