Kami mencari IT Business Relationship Specialist untuk ditempatkan di industri keuangan. Peran ini sangat penting dalam menjembatani kebutuhan bisnis dengan solusi teknologi informasi yang tepat. Sebagai IT Business Relationship Specialist, Anda akan bertindak sebagai penghubung antara pengguna bisnis dan tim IT. Tanggung jawab Anda mencakup pengumpulan dan analisis kebutuhan bisnis, koordinasi proyek, dukungan implementasi (termasuk UAT dan pengujian), serta pemeliharaan hubungan baik dengan para pemangku kepentingan. Anda akan memastikan bahwa setiap inisiatif IT selaras dengan tujuan bisnis perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams to understand business needs and requirements; Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IT initiatives, enhancements, and system issues; Coordinate with business and IT teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and properly delivered; Support project implementation, including UAT, testing, documentation, and issue resolution; Monitor and follow up on project progress, issues, and business requests; Maintain good relationships with business stakeholders and IT teams.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Minimum 3 years of experience as Business Analyst, IT Business Partner, IT Business Relationship, or similar role; Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements; Familiar with business process analysis, UAT, testing, and project documentation; Good communication and stakeholder management skills; Able to act as a bridge between business users and IT/technical teams; Experience in financial services/multifinance/banking is preferred.
