BNPP Indonesia is seeking an IT Application Production Support professional to manage and maintain the continuity of both local and regional applications. This role is integral to the IT project team, requiring active participation in the requirement gathering, design, testing, and support phases of application development. The incumbent will serve as a key liaison between local business units, regional project teams, and vendors to ensure seamless application delivery and operational stability. Responsibilities include managing local application projects in alignment with the bank's policies, budgets, and timelines, while ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met. The role involves performing end-to-end production support, including bug fixing, incident resolution, and regulatory reporting development. Furthermore, the position requires coordinating with various stakeholders—such as Compliance, Finance, and ITIP—to manage UAT activities, go-live processes, and post-implementation reviews to ensure all systems remain robust and compliant.
