Islamic Religion Teacher berperan dalam menginspirasi siswa dan menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang bermakna di lingkungan sekolah MHIS Bangka. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk membimbing siswa dalam pemahaman nilai-nilai keagamaan, pembacaan Al-Qur'an, serta pembentukan karakter yang baik sesuai dengan standar pendidikan yang inovatif dan profesional.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; Teaching experience in PAIBP , preferably at the primary school level; Proficiency in English , with an IELTS score of 6.5 or higher preferred; Strong knowledge of Akidah-Akhlak, Fiqh, andvalues appropriate for primary students; Fluency in Qur’an recitation with good Tajweed; Able to teach and guide students in Qur’an reading, memorisation, daily prayers, and practices; Proficiency in curriculum development and teaching methodologies; Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills; Computer and technology literacy, including the ability to use digital learning platforms; Demonstrates good character, manners, and role-model behaviour; Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
