Perusahaan asal Jepang ini berlokasi di Depok, Jawa Barat, dan bergerak dalam bidang operasional serta penyediaan suku cadang. Posisi Inventory Staff bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengembangkan dan mengendalikan peramalan stok, permintaan, serta pasokan secara akurat. Selain itu, peran ini bertugas menganalisis tren persediaan untuk menyusun pesanan bulanan kepada vendor, meninjau stok kritis untuk pengajuan pesanan darurat, serta menyediakan stok awal bagi unit operasional baru maupun yang sedang berkembang. Karyawan juga akan memberikan dukungan langsung pada operasional gudang suku cadang melalui optimasi lokasi, kontrol akurasi stok, peninjauan kapasitas gudang, serta evaluasi terhadap kendala operasional.
Tanggung jawab: 1. Develop and control forecasting against stock, demand and supply; 2. Control and analyze inventory level and demand supply trend to propose accurate monthly order to Vendor; 3. Review critical stock and propose emergency order as necessary; 4. Review new and gaining unit population provide initial stock to cover unit operation; 5. Develop and control recommendation part list and create stock fulfilment; 6. Support spare parts warehouse operation by :; a. Location optimization to support efficient receiving and picking; b. Control stock accuracy; c. Reviewing warehouse capacity and productivity; d. Reviewing outstanding operation and delay; Skills:; 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skill both internal and external parties; 2. Market Focus – Ability to look for and seize profitable business opportunities, and willing to take calculated risks to achieve business goals; 3. Customer focus – Has a focus on understanding, satisfying and delivering value to external and/or internal customers.
