About the role PT Citra Kencana Cemerlang is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory and Warehouse Staff to join our dynamic warehouse operations team in Bandung, Jawa Barat. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our inventory management and warehouse operations. As Inventory and Warehouse Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that all goods are properly stored, tracked, and distributed according to our operational standards. This role is essential to the smooth functioning of our supply chain and directly impacts our ability to meet customer demands and maintain operational excellence. Key responsibilities Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming goods into the warehouse system Organising and storing inventory items in designated locations using proper storage techniques and safety protocols Maintaining accurate inventory records and performing regular stock counts to ensure data integrity Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch in a timely and accurate manner Labelling and categorising items according to warehouse management system requirements Monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies or damaged goods to management Ensuring the warehouse environment remains clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations Assisting with inventory audits and cycle counts as required Supporting the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers What we're looking for Proven experience working in a warehouse or inventory management environment
