Dengan pusat produksi utama di Bali serta penjualan online global melalui situs web berbasis Shopify, perusahaan ini mencari seorang Inventory and Warehouse Coordinator untuk memberikan dukungan kepada tim yang sedang berkembang. Dalam peran ini, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan penghitungan siklus harian untuk SKU di gudang, melaksanakan stocktake tahunan di gudang serta bulanan di toko offline, serta menyelidiki dan menyelesaikan perbedaan stok antara sistem Shopify & Stocky dengan barang aktual. Anda juga akan melakukan penghitungan ulang, menindaklanjuti ketidaksepakatan, melaporkan hasil stocktake, serta memantau transaksi persediaan mulai dari inbound, outbound, adjustment, kerusakan, hingga sampel untuk memastikan pencatatan yang benar. Selain itu, peran ini mencakup pemantauan pergerakan inventaris agar prinsip FIFO diterapkan dengan baik, mengembangkan jadwal cycle count, menganalisis stok lambat dan mati, memastikan standar label dan lokasi bin, menangani penerimaan harian serta peniapan barang sebelum pengiriman, serta mendukung audit internal dan eksternal dengan data dan hasil penghitungan.
Tanggung jawab: Perform daily cycle counts for SKUs in the warehouse (±30–40 SKUs per day); Conduct an annual stocktake in the warehouse; Conduct a monthly stocktake in offline stores; Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies between the system (Shopify & Stocky) and actual items; Perform recounts and follow up on discrepancies & report stocktake results; Monitor stock transactions [inbound, outbound, adjustment, damage & sample] to ensure they are correctly recorded; Monitor inventory movement to ensure FIFO is followed and items are easily found; Develop and execute cycle count plans and schedules; Analyze slow-moving and dead stock; Ensure labels, bin locations, and stock arrangement meet standards; Perform daily item receiving and prepare items before shipping; Support internal and external audits with data and count results; Requirements:; Experiences in Warehouse and Inventory for a minimum of 4 years; Must be good in English; Understand WMS and the related warehouse and inventory systems; Good at Microsoft Office (Excel, power point, word); Good attitude and behavior; Experience in the apparel industry is an advantage.
