Job Description: Conduct research and ideation, including market research, competitive analysis, and concept development Perform Consumer Preference Tests Conduct standard testing on several competitor products and product samples Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Pharmacy or Chemistry Willing to undertake a full-time, Work From Office (WFO) internship for 6 months Familiar with reading and analyzing research journals related to the cosmetics industry, such as raw materials, packaging, and finished products Good proficiency in English, both written and spoken Proficient in software such as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Canva, and Photoshop Placement in Cikupa, Tangerang
