Job description: As a International Sales (Mandarin Speaker) you will propose and manage the implementation and evaluation of the annual Short-term Work Plan, distribution budget (promotion and operational), and business strategies to meet sales targets. Communicate regularly with Distributors on business strategies, promotion budgets, A/R, and investments, while developing new business ideas based on market trends. Coordinate new product development, monitor investments in regular, new, and seasonal products, and submit pricing proposals per EDD approval. Identify business risks, propose solutions, and negotiate with Distributors based on company decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education bachelor's degree in any field (Business Development preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience as an International Sales (Mandarin Speaker) , preferably with experience handling FMCG products.
- Target oriented with a growth mindset.
- Detail oriented, agile and eager to learn.
- Fluent in English & Mandarin (both speak and written) is a must!
- Willing to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta.
