International Property Sales Agent

Location: Bali, Indonesia Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site Salary: Base salary Rp50,000,000/month + On-Target Earnings up to Rp100,000,000/month Visa: KITAS available for eligible candidates Cascade International Property is seeking an experienced and high-performing International Property Sales Agent to join our Bali-based team. This role is ideal for a proven closer with real property sales experience who is confident selling premium property opportunities to international buyers. You will work with qualified warm leads and manage the sales process from initial qualification through to signed deal completion.

Manage and own your sales pipeline from first contact to completed transaction Qualify warm inbound leads and identify serious buyers Book and conduct video conferences with prospective clients

Present and sell premium property opportunities across Bali, Australia, and other overseas markets Close deals and guide clients through the transaction process until completion Work closely with the sales support team for confirmations, follow-ups, and transaction logistics

Maintain a professional, consultative, and high-conversion sales approach Proven experience in property sales; applicants must have successfully sold property previously Strong closing ability, with experience taking clients from first contact through to signed agreement

Excellent understanding of property markets, market drivers, buyer motivations, and basic economics Strong negotiation, communication, and advanced sales persuasion skills Experience with NLP or high-level persuasion techniques is a strong advantage
