Internal Sales Coordinator Position Details Functional area: Sales & Marketing Coordination Reports to: General Manager / Senior Management Team Coordinates with: Sales Team, Marketing Team, Finance, Operations, Distributors, Retail Partners, Project Customers
Job Purpose The Internal Sales Coordinator will act as the central support point for the sales organization, helping senior management track sales activities, manage the sales pipeline, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure sales information is accurate, organized, and visible. This role is suitable for a hungry, organized, and data-driven person who wants to grow in a commercial environment. The person does not need to be highly experienced but must be proactive, disciplined, strong in communication, and comfortable working with Excel, reports, and internal follow-up.
Key Job Responsibilities Sales Pipeline & Reporting · Maintain and update the sales pipeline on a weekly basis.
· Track leads, prospects, quotations, projects, distributor opportunities, and customer follow-ups. · Collect weekly sales reports from the sales team and consolidate them for management. · Prepare simple sales dashboards, trackers, and summaries using Excel.
· Highlight missing reports, delayed follow-ups, and overdue actions to management. Customer & Sales Team Follow-Up · Assist the sales team in following up with existing and prospective customers.
