Internal Control Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Support the development and implementation of the Company's Internal Control framework and management system. Coordinate risk identification, assessment, and mitigation activities across departments. Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of internal control measures throughout the organization.

Facilitate communication, training, and consultation related to Internal Control and Risk Management practices. Review business processes and recommend control improvements to mitigate operational and compliance risks. Consolidate and analyze risk management reports, control implementation status, and improvement actions from various departments.

Prepare periodic reports and presentations for management and Headquarters (HQ). Promote compliance with company policies, management directives, HQ requirements, and applicable regulations. Support Internal Control implementation and monitoring activities within the President Office Department.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen governance, compliance, and operational effectiveness. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or related disciplines. Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and able to communicate effectively with HQ stakeholders.

Minimum 1 years of working experience in Internal Control, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance, Business Process Improvement, or related fields. Strong understanding of Internal Control, Risk Management, Compliance, and Corporate Governance principles. Experience in coordinating cross-functional projects and working with multiple stakeholders.
