Job Description Conduct internal audits (operational, financial, and compliance) Develop and execute risk-based audit plans Evaluate production, inventory, and supply chain processes Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations (HACCP, GMP, BPOM, Halal) Identify risks and provide improvement recommendations Prepare audit reports and monitor followups Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Management / Industrial Engineering 3–5 years experience in Internal Audit ( FMCG / food industry) Strong understanding of audit, costing, and inventory control Familiar with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 (preferred) Proficient in Excel / data analysis & ERP (SAP/Oracle) Analytical, detail-oriented, high integrity, and good communication Willing to be assigned and rotated across all company branches (Cikarang & Pati)
