Posisi Internal Audit Staff (Talent Pool) memegang tanggung jawab krusial dalam memantau kepatuhan internal, memastikan keamanan operasional perusahaan, serta melaksanakan investigasi mendalam terkait adanya insiden atau pelanggaran yang terjadi. Peran ini dirancang untuk menjaga efektivitas prosedur pengamanan yang berlaku serta mendukung upaya perbaikan berkelanjutan melalui pelaksanaan audit yang komprehensif dan independen.
Tanggung jawab: Responsible for monitoring compliance, ensuring operational security, and conducting investigations related to incidents or violations. This role also ensures the effectiveness of security procedures and supports continuous improvement through audits.
Kualifikasi: D3/S1; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Skills in stock-taking, interviewing, negotiation, and analysis; Strong leadership, integrity, and critical thinking; Curious, proactive, and hardworking; Fresh graduates or 1-year related experience.
