Posisi Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola dan memelihara infrastruktur server, baik berbasis Linux maupun Windows, serta lingkungan virtualisasi dan cloud. Peran ini sangat krusial dalam memastikan ketersediaan dan performa sistem perusahaan. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup perancangan arsitektur infrastruktur dengan prinsip Infrastructure as Code (IaC), konfigurasi jaringan dan firewall, serta pengelolaan beban kerja Docker dan Kubernetes. Selain itu, posisi ini bertugas memelihara pipeline CI/CD, melakukan monitoring sistem, menangani prosedur pemulihan bencana (disaster recovery), serta mengotomatisasi tugas operasional menggunakan Bash atau Python.
Tanggung jawab: Manage and maintain Linux (Ubuntu/Debian) and Windows servers; Manage virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure); Design and manage DevOps infrastructure architecture using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles; Configure and troubleshoot networks (TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching, DNS) and firewalls (Fortinet/MikroTik/Cisco); Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Docker and Kubernetes workloads; Maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and rollbacks using Helm; Monitor infrastructure using Prometheus/Grafana and respond to system alerts; Perform regular backups, disaster recovery procedures, and restore testing; Automate operational tasks using Bash or Python; Implement security best practices, including patch management, least privilege, TLS certificates, and secrets management; Maintain infrastructure documentation, network configurations, incident reports, and operational runbooks; Provide on-call support for critical incidents, including during stock market trading hours.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in IT or a related field.
